Overview
CCRecord Pro is a standalone call recording solution that works on digital and analog extension/ trunk side using special tapping hardware and provides:
- Non-intrusive voice recording
- Extension based for Digital or Analog extensions
- Trunk based for Digital or analog lines with call transfer and DID tables to select extensions recorded
- Historical voice streams management and playback
- Call log for voice records archiving
CCRecord Pro works as an independent call recording solution or integrates with Call Center applications.
